Sneha Dadrwal, currently the Head of Brand and Community at Oister, is on a mission to create enduring brands and demonstrate the potential of Indian alternatives in fueling India’s journey to a $5 trillion economy. With a strong background in brand and communications, she is committed to community building and creating sustainable impact.

Sneha’s combined experience in the venture capital and technology sectors equips her to effectively support Oister’s mission of powering Indian PE/VCs. Prior to joining Oister, Sneha honed her skills at Zomato, where she was involved in Global Content & Operations across major international markets. She later transitioned to Lumis Partners, an Operating Investment Firm, where she managed Investor Relations and Communications, while also contributing to boutique Partnerships & Community projects.

Outside of work, Sneha enjoys reading, traveling, and watching documentaries. She occasionally bakes and has an interest in wellness and fashion. As an army brat turned army wife, Sneha has adapted to various locations across India, showcasing her flexibility and adaptability in both her personal and professional life. She holds an engineering degree and pursued an in-depth study in branding from the London School of Economics.
